Our preferred method of shipment is with Australia Post parcel delivery. We will ensure a tracking number for your shipment is obtain prior to shipment and this will be provided to you via a shipment confirmation email sent to your email address provided during checkout. Parcels can be tracked by accessing the Australia Post Parcel Tracking website.
We will make every attempt to get your items in your mailbox as soon as possible. All finalised orders will typically be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location within Australia or New Zealand, the exact delivery times will vary. Typically this will be between 5 – 10 business days after dispatch.
Use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to access the Australia Post parcel delivery tracking system. Contact Australia Post if there seems to be any hold ups during their delivery schedule. If the parcel is not appearing in the tracking system after 48 hours or there are any unresolved delivery concerns, please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will endeavor to resolve the problem.
