Returns Policy

Your happiness with our product is really important to us. For this reason if the item/s purchased do not fit or your Real Kid does not like the colour or style for example, simply contact us and we will provide a hassle free exchange or refund in line with this Policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was completed at our store, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, gift cards and sale items are non-refundable items.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase such as receipt or confirmation of invoice or order number. If you did not purchase your goods directly from Real Kids Shades but however a re-seller or other retail outlet, please contact this seller to enquire as to their applicable refund terms.

At our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange in certain situations such as:

* Items returned with obvious signs of use

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund

* Invoice or Order Number

* Items to be returned

* Reason for requesting a refund

Once we have acknowledged your exchange request via email, please send your item/s to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.

* Reason for exchange

* The correct items you want us to send you

If the items you would like to receive in exchange for the original purchase are greater in value, you will be responsible for this additional payment prior to the goods being shipped. If the exchanged items are of lesser value then the original purchase, we will provide a refund of the difference and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.
